Cage material
Surface of both cage wire and cage frame all hot galvanized bearing
ISO9001 quality certification, The surface galvanized cover of
these materials are equal to hign standards. Our cage are designed
by our professional engineers for hign efficient and more
convenient for operating, lifespan not be less 20 years.
Automatic drinking system
Drinking line is consisted of PVC material square or round shape
pipe, nipples which is made of plastic and stainless steel without
leakage. One water regulator is installed on each tier each row. It
supply the water from the water line to the pipe through reservoirs
with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator to clean
the water and keep all chicken healthy.
Automatic Feeding system
Two different kind of feeding system: trolley feeding machine and
crane feeding machine. In this system, feed is distributed
automatically to the feed carts from the silo by spiral auger
located in a pipe with 90mm diameter. Augers made in South Africa
with best quality worldwide. Because of feed adjustment apparatus
which designed specially, feed distributed hygienically,
homogeneous, mixed and equally and saving feed cost.
Automatic manure removal system
Also two different kind of manure removal system: manure scraper
for A type cage and belt manure system for H type cage. Belt manure
system will makes your chicken house more clean, it is strong
design and high automatic operation. It installed under each
tiermake smell very small and manure more dry.
Automatic egg collection system
Egg collection with elevator lofting system, with egg belt and egg
holding parts designed in order to avoide egg broken. It have very
low egg broken rate.
Automatic environmental control system
It is for close chicken house with cooling pad and fans,sid
windows, control by panel canmake the temperature in chicken house
more confortable for chicken raise and improve the egg layer rate.

A: Our cages have cold galvanized wire kind, and hot galvanized
wire kind. Different parts of the cage, we make the different wire
diamater, they ranges from 3.6 to 2.3.
5. Q: Do you have other poultry equipment?
A: We have feed silo, warm furnace, temperature controller,
medicine adding machine, incubator, feedmill, egg tray and so on.
6. Q:What is the MOQ? How many sets can the container hold?
A:The MOQ is 25 sets, one 20 GP container can hold 70-80 sets with
3 tiers, 60 sets with 4 tiers. One 40HQ can hold 200-210 sets with
3 tiers, 160 sets with 4 tiers, these also according to whick kind
of size you will purchase.
