Description of layer chicken cage
1. Raising egg-laying chicken, named layer cage, after pullet
growing up to 12 weeks to 16 weeks, it is near adult and starts
laying the egg, transfers to egg laying chicken cage.
2. Rearing baby egg-laying chicken, named chick cage or baby
chicken cage, from 1 day old to 12 weeks, the feeding trough and
drinking line will adjust the height as baby chick cage.
3. Rearing broiler from 1 day old to 45 days after broilers ready
for market, named broiler cage, broilers will live in one cage of
whole life.

Automatic system
1. There are 2 to 3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on
the PVC pipes which
are located between two cage sections. the “V” shape leakage gutter
underneath the water pipes, holds the water drops and prevent the
drops to the manure belt, therefore a drier manure is obtained.
2. A water regulator is located on each tier and each row of the
cage, It supply the water from the water line to the pipes.
Automatic feeding system
About the automatic feding system,it is well distributed and less
consumed in feeding;It can reduce labor intensity and labor
costs,but improve the efficiency;It has smooth running ,low
noise,but a long lifespan.
Automatic Dinking system
According to the customers' requirements,the front-end part of the
drink system can be optionally equipped with the water pressure
regulators,filters,smart meters and dosers.
Automatic manure removeing system
Conveyor belt type of the automatic manure removing system can
reduce the labor intensity and labor costs,make it convenient to
clean up manure timely,keep the chicken house dry and improve the
manure utilization.
Intelligent environmental control system
1.10 groups relay input,can control 6 groups of fans.
2.Access to 6 temperature sensors,2 humidity sensors,1 ammonia gas
sensors
